Education Pre-Covid
Wow! It's 8 AM already, man I gotta hurry up, get ready and make a run for it or else I won't make it to my class on time.
Got an adrenaline rush post reading it didn't you? NOT ENOUGH?
How about some reminiscing memories of the golden days?
Remember sitting with your buddies throughout hours and hours of lectures some interactive and energetic while some were made so just because you were together with your friends. Remember those hostel & campus days of your life where you engaged in many skill enriching and development activities with your friends and peers after class hours?
Seems like an EON doesn't it? Well, welcome back to the 'Pre-COVID Era of Education'.
Currently, we are living in those grey days were the most affected industry (due to COVID) is Education, not in terms of revenue but surely in terms of the content or the quality which the students are receiving.
Many times we look back in our mind, only to catch a glimpse of our cheerful memories of what we used to do when we were in a classroom of school or college. From our good old school days of -"Yay!! Aaj teacher nahi aaye, free period ab" to bright youthful days of College's "Bro konsi assignment, internal ki dates kab hai, Kuch padha?", We All Grew Up.

Now let us dive deep into some facts and figures of the Pre-COVID Education era:-
One of the best things about the Pre-COVID Era was primarily the learning particularly for primary and secondary graders factored all the aspects of hard-core bookish knowledge along-with the soft-core skills of gelling up with people, the embedding of core lifestyle values and proper one-on-one guidance in the technical field as well, whereas for students pursuing a professional degree were reaping off the benefits of learning on Practical and Real-Time world as well as corporate issues, either via proper group dynamics, problem-solving real-life case studies on corporate, technical guidance on software or having on the job knowledge via internships or apprenticeship. Students were more interactive in the classroom and the knowledge gain was comparatively higher even doubts were more generalized and properly structured for the class. In a physical classroom setting, the discussion about a topic not only healthy but also the involvement of students was high. Any particular faculty used to know their students In and Out (about their habits, level of concentration etc..).
Overall Offline Mode of Education bestowed the students with a certain skill set which gave them proper support and boost in their respective fields.
The outburst and raging forest fire like the spread of the Novel Coronavirus in the early February of 2020 proved to be a standstill for the worldwide economy and the onset of Quarterly to Half Yearly Worldwide Lockdown based on successive sequences. "Quarantine, Isolation and Sanitation became the new Mantra of the Year", thereby enforcing the closure of Schools and Colleges Worldwide, in-turn rendering a whopping 1.2 Billion Population of Students without education during the early days of the impact. Now we are left to find out certain answers for possibly the most important questions for us and also for our Future Generations -
Will we Ever Get Back to Pre - Covid Era of Education? Is Online Education the New Normal?
Will our Future Generations growth and development be hindered in the absence of offline learning?
OR
Will Online Education create a path towards a new technologically and Intellectually more developed Era?
Nevertheless, let's enjoy this trip down the memory lane...
